Venue Rental Rates 2025

Our rental fee starts at just $1000 per event, offering great value.

This includes the following​ amenities and facilities:

• Full venue rental

• Complimentary infused iced water

• Logistics

  • Receiving and storage of goods for 1 day immediately pre and post event

  • One hour setup (pre) and pack down (post) per event

• Free WiFi

  • Guest network (~2Mbps)

  • Host network (~20-30Mbps depending on guest load).

• Use of all facilities and amenities, including:

  • easel and A1 poster frame at the entrance;

  • reception table(s) according to your needs;

  • all standard furniture (tables/chairs) and standard table settings;

  • standard setup and cleaning (not including extra decorations).
